 The Mission of Highland Roots is to provide personalized Tutoring and Academic Coaching that strengthen academic foundations while fostering confidence, independence, and a willingness to take risks in learning.​  The Aim of The Academy is to create meaningful learning experiences that meet the unique needs of every student.  ​Tutoring programs build core skills and promote lasting success.  Academic Coaching helps high school learners strengthen study habits, organization, time management, and self-advocacy skills to manage assignments, prepare for exams, and plan for post-secondary pathways.​  Beyond instruction, 'The Learning Shelf' extends this mission by offering families access to quality educational resources, books, and games that enrich learning beyond the classroom.
